I wish I could have also been at the ALA Conference, but I was at ISTE. There was this really neat product for assitive technology. It is new and called the Tap-it – http://www.teachsmart.org/tapit . It’s like a SMART Board but it’s an LCD monitor and it is height and tilt adjustable and here is the biggie – it discriminates the difference between an intended and unintended touch. Far out!

Dan, I love your overview of the conference, particularly what you wrote to Kathy about your impressions. Seems we think a lot alike and we have many of the same friends. I enjoyed lunch with y’all and hoep we can reconnect in some other place, virtual or real!!
